When using your fingers you are trying to find the point that is sore. You feel around the point indicated for
your problem until you find the spot that is very sensitive when pressed. I find I get the best results by using
the side of my thumb or the tip of the thumb close to the nail. Once you find the place that is the most
sensitive you hold the point 1 to 2 minutes.

To stimulate the ear you can squeeze the ear between the index and thumb finger or
you can use the tip of the finger or finger nail. Just be careful not to puncture the ear with your finger nail
because the skin is very delicate.
